So far, most of the members here have been pretty civil. And there is a wide range of different views.

Polzoo seeks to strive by the code, "I may not agree with what you say, but I will die for your right to say it".

There is a reason why many non-partisan sites do not last long. Primarily because most folks like to just hear their voices echoed. But that is a shame because for us to really resolve issues, we must understand where the other is coming from, even if we disagree.

Free Speech is a cornerstone of the American identity, and I think that is sometimes lost upon all of us when we get engaged with issues we are passionate about. But hopefully if we can stay above the fray at least 70% of the time on this site, I think that would be considered a success.
