With the skyrocketing cost of gas lately, how has this affected your lifestyle and your daily routine?

I have found that I can no longer take doing little routines for granted. I have to carefully craft my schedule everyday and make sure I am taking the shortest route possible to each and every place. I also often just pump a half tank into my car nowadays which allows me to be much more careful about how I use my gas.
